the past 15 years focused on performance-based internet marketing by

marketers. Recently the Company has added an additional focus to their
strategy; Insurance marketing software and an agent CRM. The
Company has signed an LOI to merge with American Senior Benefits
Company, LLC
(ABC). ABC intends to expand to have more than 2000 insurance sales
agents and create a doctor and prescription discount card.
ABC will also provide a software platform to agents that
generates leads and tracks all of their client business. |
